Hi, I’m Scott Kayser, an executive leader with over twenty years of experience at the intersection of strategic communications, external affairs, government relations, organizational leadership, and business development. I build strategies, teams, partnerships, and communications programs that move organizations forward. Across business, technology, infrastructure, politics, nonprofits, and community leadership, I’ve led initiatives focused on organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, reputation, revenue generation, and operational improvement.

I am also a dedicated civic leader and advocate, working every day to improve our community through service and philanthropy. A fifth-generation Daytonian, I’m active in the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Dayton. When not at work providing high-quality strategic communication and public relations services, I can be found volunteering for a variety of causes throughout the Miami Valley.
